Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. All sales are considered final. This includes, but is not limited to, instances of buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong item, or dissatisfaction with color, length, texture, or overall appearance once received.

We encourage all customers to double-check their orders before finalizing their purchase. Please ensure that the items selected, including hair type, texture, length, and quantity, are correct before completing checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
While we do not accept returns or exchanges, if you receive the wrong item or believe there is an error with your order, you must contact us immediately upon receipt. Please reach out to us at Hawkity8@gmail.com with your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and clear photographs of the product received. This must be done within 48 hours of delivery to be considered for review.
Please note that contacting us does not guarantee a resolution or replacement, but we are happy to assess concerns related to incorrect orders on a case-by-case basis.
